Our 1-day sleep workshop shows you how to improve your sleep quickly and effectively. The techniques can also be used as an intervention to help anyone get a better night’s sleep and a more productive, happier and successful day. The full day which includes accompanying manual and slides costs £65.

Chronic sleep problems affect 30% of the adult population and contribute significantly to poor mental health and well-being. One of the most effective ways to help individuals looking for a remedy to this most debilitating problem is a combination of CBT, NLP and hypnotherapy.
Hypnotherapy is a safe, comfortable, effective and efficient intervention with the unconscious mind; essentially it is conscious, informed communication with the unconscious mind and can be learned by anyone. Hypnotherapy gently changes unconscious patterns and explores habits around sleep and how an individual’s inner dialogue can be used to prepare them for a good night’s sleep thus enabling them to wake up feeling physically and psychologically refreshed and able to take on the day.
